RETS is offering a NEWLY UPDATED Training Program on the Mandated Continuing Education Course “Texas Standards of Practice / Legal / Ethics Update”.
This TREC Approved 8 hour course covers and meets the Update requirements and will count towards the 32-hour continuing education requirements needed to renew your license every two years.
The new standards of practice changed to focus more on performance based property condition inspections and less on codes. There were many changes as related to:
