Licensing with the Texas Real Estate Commission
In order to perform an inspection for a buyer or seller of real estate property must be licensed as an inspector by TREC. The Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) has 3 licensing levels and 2 different paths for obtaining your inspection license.
