This course is structured to help you learn the key concepts of the Texas Real Estate Commissions Rules and Regulations as well as the Texas Occupation Code as related to the governing requirements for Texas Real Estate Inspectors. It will also help you form a set of best practices for conducting inspections.
This course is designed to help inspectors become familiar with the mandated Texas Real Estate Commissions Inspectors Standards of Practice, Legal and Ethic rules. As the student follows along with the course curriculum, the student will gain a broader knowledge of the mandated Standards of Practice, Legal and Ethic rules and requirements.
This course is TREC approved for 8 hours of Continuing Education as well as Core Education for new inspector licensing.
